Tried buying at ReStore ... 2nd hand building center where proceeds go to Habitat for Humanity ... but no one would talk to me. I even stood at the counter for 5 minutes. I could have walked out with my items but I didn't I left them on the counter and left!
On a bright note I found some great directions for building sink bases, butcher block kitchen carts and book cases out of used dressers. I will post links soon, not at the computer where I have to info copied and pasted.
Since I want to build with reclaimed materials how about using dressers in the ways discribed above!?
And there is even a decorative option for using the drawers to make shelving - would lok nice on the porch to store small potted plants.
